Welcome to StagingEstate — our staging branch under the same team behind ShotEstate. We keep both brands separate for organization, but it’s the same people, same quality, and same work ethic behind everything we do. Thanks for visiting our website. If you’re here, you probably have a home to stage or you’re curious about what we do and what our prices look like.
Just like ShotEstate, we keep things simple. We offer two packages because we want the process to be easy for you and the homeowner, and clear from the start. You’ll know exactly what’s included and what to expect.
Here are some houses we’ve staged:
Introducing our Ready2Stage Package
Ready2Stage is our basic package, but honestly, we think it’s extremely competitive and more than enough for most homes to hit the market looking great and sell faster.
This setup works for almost every house we stage. The only time we might need to adjust is when a home is over 3,000 sq ft or has a layout with larger open areas. In those cases, sometimes the space needs a bit more furniture to look balanced. It really depends on the layout, but overall, this package does the job really well.
If we ever feel that a home needs extra pieces, we’ll always talk to you first, explain why, and make sure everything makes sense. We try to keep things as fair as possible — no surprises, no hidden charges.
“Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.” – Albert Einstein

What's icluded:

Living room
This is where folks imagine hanging out. We make it feel easy and comfortable.

Dining room
People picture family meals here, so we keep it clean and welcoming.

Kitchen
The room everyone cares about. A few simple touches make it feel way nicer.

Primary bedroom
We set it up so people can actually picture living there, not just looking at it.

One office space
Buyers love seeing a spot where they could get work done. It gives the home a purpose.

Two bathrooms
Nothing crazy — just clean, fresh, and put-together so it feels good walking in.
45 Days of Staging
Because 30 Days Never Made Sense
We came to the conclusion that 30 days really only works for the staging company. For the agent and the owner, it feels way too tight.
A lot of times we stage a house and it doesn’t even go live the same day — sometimes they need a few finishing touches or something comes up. So we feel that giving 45 days just makes more sense and gives everyone extra time.
After the 45 days, the extension is $500 for an extra 30 days.
